Giving numbers should be updated automatically just like volunteer numbers are. I have to ask support several times a year to update it and it is very inconvenient

Currently, admins need to just check in the portal to see if there are new NPO events to review and approve. It would be helpful if they were notified when there were events added so they knew to go in and check.
