The process to set up and issue incentives is insanely complicated and long winded. Why can't I simply search for an employee name and add an amount to their account? Bulk upload should only be necessary for multiple employees receiving awards.

Sometimes we sign up volunteers AFTER an event has already ended and it is not necessary to notify them - in fact we would prefer them to NOT get an email - so this would be a really handy check box on the "Add Participant" page.
