Our users redeem all logged volunteer hours (ex 40) at once and that counts toward one grant no matter if they had enough hours to qualify for 2+ grants. The current functionally means that a user specifically needs to redeem minimum hours for one grant (i.e. 20) then go back a second time to redeem the remaining (i.e. 20 hours).
