Currently SFA supports redirects for international processors, but this is not supported for in-country processing clients. These clients would like to see our SFA solution support them rather than the redirects falling directly on the processors or as part of the payroll exceptions process, etc.

Thank you for your submission. Unfortunately, due to how in country processing works, the YourCause side never touches the money. Because we do not manage the processing (only provide reporting to instruct processing) we do not control the data flow between the partners that would be needed in order to manage stranded funds automation. Additionally, each partner that we are external processing with has contractual obligations on how they handle stranded funds that we do not have control over changing. Unfortunately, due to these reasons we cannot implement these changes.
