If an event is full, when you go to "Add Participant" it adds them to the event instead of the waitlist. We should be able to add people to the waitlist in this way.
To add someone to the waitlist, we need to impersonate them and sign up for them, which is a TON of steps instead of just being able to add them quickly to the waitlist on the manage event page. -
