Allow Employees to Record Board Service for non-NPO entities

We have a number of employees that serve on Boards or in leadership positions for entities that are not classified as 501c3 organizations but we would like to capture how they serve our communities. Can we 'Add Your Own Organization' as part of listing Board Memberships?
