Record Offline Registration - Add employees for volunteerism as an offline count, like an offline donation.

Ability to add raw numbers into volunteer participation counts, no necessary identifier information. Would need the raw counts associated with the event ID for reporting. Reconcile at the end. Example using the event report in data hub to pull online & offline participation. Entire countries that can't use yourcause because of privacy issues.

    Impacts to incentives, volunteer grants and cause cards would not be applicable. Since we are considering adding the “offline registration counts” for reconciliation purposes and not issuance purposes.

    Hey Megan, could you provide additional information on how this could impact volunteer grants, incentives, cause cards, etc. which have a qualifier based on participation counts?
