After a volunteer event concludes, we would like the system to automatically those employees who registered for the event but did not complete the QR code check-in process the day of the event. This email would remind them to complete their hours on the My Volunteering page to confirm their participation or delete the unattended volunteer event.

Could also email those still on the waiting list too to confirm hours.
