Standard reports, such as the Volunteer Participation Report, are not available via SFTP. Although the report meets our reporting requirements, it is only accessible for manual download. Consequently, we must rely on the volunteer SFTP data feed, which includes all activity and traffic from CSRConnect. This necessitates significant effort to transform the data into a usable format, as there is no unique reference column or combination of columns to facilitate parsing the required information. We are unable to obtain the logic behind the Volunteer Participation Report to create the ingestion framework ourselves, and we cannot receive the report via SFTP. As a result, we are unable to generate custom participation reports.
