There should be another flag that measures the accumulated amount of recurring donations before matches are released to support companies’ efforts to abide by their policies. For example, an employee makes a pledge of $5 recurring per pay. The minimum match is set to $50. Employee enters pledge, match is approved, but the funds should not be released to nonprofit until 10 pay periods are up, and the $50 minimum has been reached. The employee wants to see that their match has been approved in a month's period and an admin wants to ensure the policy compliance without manual effort.

That is really unfortunate. It will not allow us to abide by our Foundation rules and now will need to rethink some things. I definitely think this would be something of interest to many clients that have minimums as well, but do not want to manually monitor for many weeks until those are hit.
Hi Andrea, thank you for the submission. Unfortunately, this is not an enhancement we can take as it fundamentally changes our business model. Matches are distributed as a pair with the payroll deduction in which they take place and fees are also applied at the same level. We cannot hold matches or hold until a certain payroll threshold has been met to generate a total match amount as this would cause many discrepancies should the minimum match never be met. When enhancing matching we have to take into account our business modal as well as our entire client base and unfortunately this is not a change to match functionality that we can do.
Thanks,
