Pledges can appear in payroll compare exceptions file and client confirms they have already stopped payroll deductions, but the pledge is still prompting as exception because it is an active pledge in CSRconnect. On occasion, the pledge to be cancelled is associated with an inactive user. We would like the ability to cancel a pledge associated with an inactive user, so that we do not encounter more payroll compare exceptions when the same employee ID is reactivated later. (We've encountered this before.) Easier ability for clients to deactivate pledges would greatly assist in managing this process too.
