Add Outlook Calendar Integration to Event Emails

Adding the ability to add events directly to an individual's outlook calendar from a link sent in the Volunteer communications would greatly improve the user experience, as volunteers could seamlessly add the events they sign up for to their work calendars and keep these commitments top of mind.

    Another strong vote for this feature — staff often forget they’ve signed up unless they proactively block out time in their calendars.

    Integrating a direct link to add events to Outlook calendars within volunteer communications would significantly enhance the user experience. It allows volunteers to seamlessly schedule their commitments, helping ensure they remain top of mind and reducing the risk of missed participation.

    This would be amazing and limit the amount of reminder emails that the event lead needs to send to the participants.
