We issue incentives (Cause Cards) to all employees at the beginning of the year, and to new employees as they join throughout the year. There's an option to enable an email notification when the incentive has been issued, but there's very little you can customize other than just adding a customized message. Each of our employees receives two $250 incentives for a total of $500 (so that they can split between two orgs if they choose), but when the email goes out it only says $250 and there's no way to change this. We'd like to continue using this email notification feature because it helps us to let people know when they have incentives ready to redeem, but it's causing confusion with the wrong dollar amount. Being able to customize would fix this.
Right now, my team has to send separate reminder emails because the system-generated reminders don’t allow for this level of customization or formatting. Improving this feature would make our communication much more efficient and ensure volunteers receive all the necessary information in a clear and organized way.
Yes! Specifically, I want to be able to overide or customize the volunteer reminder emails. Lots of times there are specific instructions that it would be great to include in the email but not in the event description. And the ability to format those clearly (bullet points, bolding, etc) and that come through on the emails. As it stands, my team sends a separate reminder email because it doesn't really work to rely soley on the reminder email that is system generated.
Agree with the comments below. When volunteers receive the email after they volunteer, Post Event Reminder (V020), we would like to add a reminder about the survey as well as a reminder to redeem their Incentives.
Yes!! Especially the "you volunteered yesterday, update your participation" email would love to be able to add our post-event survey and special language for the post event email.
