A little bit related to - CSRCON-I-1233 - but the focus of ours is that based on program guidelines for eligibility of redemption of the incentive rewards, if we decline something, the associate is still able to re-apply for the use of those same hours. If we ever have something we need an associate to adjust, we ask them to do so and cancel the incentive request and ask for them to submit. If something is denied, we do not want our associates able to apply for the same incentive reward.
