Add filter or sort by functionality in Search Opportunities for Giving to filter for organizations who have already agreed to the four compliance attestation statements NPOs agree to in BBVN. When matching is only available to 'compliant' orgs but the Give bucket is wider - employees need a way to surface if the org. they want to give to has agreed to compliance statements. If compliance agreement status cannot be surfaced on the profile pages (this would also be amazing), this filter would help - if the org. doesn't show in the filtered compliance statement is 'yes' filter - they haven't done it.

Bonus if smart enough to filter for which of the four (or custom) compliance statements have been agreed to, or smart enough to know which compliance statements are required by that organization's match programming to be considered "eligible"
