A report that shows volunteer hours for a given timeframe and whether those hours are sitting in the system, submitted for a grant, approved, or declined. Today, I have to pull multiple reports and do your own reconciliation to figure out what's still outstanding (e.g., volunteer participation report + all giving).

Automated reminder emails for employees who have eligible volunteer hours but haven't submitted them yet. Starting a couple of weeks before the deadline and increasing as the deadline approaches would make a ton of sense, especially since we have similar reminder functionality in other parts of the platform.
