This is beneficial for all CSRc partners. Need a way to pull a report for any available issued "reward" - legacy team volunteer grant, individual volunteer grant, gift match, incentive who has an opportunity waiting for redemption but who has not acted on the redemption. The ability to remind employees to redeem and engage increases processing dollars, engagement, and overall impact to charities. Currently reporting is limited to transactions, so we can only see the reward if it's been redeemed. How do we capture the rewards that are available for redemption but need employee action to cash in?
