Yes, we'd love to see event functionality expanded beyond volunteer opportunities. We often sponsor or host community events where tracking RSVPs, attendees, guest names, and overall engagement is important, even though participation does not count as volunteer service hours. Having these events housed within CSRConnect would provide a more centralized experience for associates while also improving reporting and measurement of our sponsorship investments.

One enhancement that would be especially helpful is a toggle option such as "Counts Toward Volunteer Incentives" when creating an event. This would allow administrators to easily distinguish between volunteer activities and other engagement opportunities.

This functionality would also benefit Groups (ERGs), office locations, and other internal teams by giving them a simple way to manage registrations, track attendance, and measure engagement for social, educational, networking, and community-focused events, all within a single platform.
