For match requests, I recommend adding a search by employee name. This would make it much easier to quickly check request status and avoid duplicate processing.

Currently, search options are limited:

• Member Email does not work reliably

• Request ID changes with each resubmission, which can make one request appear as multiple

This is especially challenging when an employee submits multiple similar match requests (same amount and charity, different honorees). While Donation ID remains consistent, it’s not always practical for quick lookups, leading to manual workarounds.
