I would like to be able to link to an engagement element under our Help & Support section for FAQs, rather than only being able to link to a document. We have created a well thought out FAQ EE that we feel is easier to read and understand for our employees and don't want to be sending our employees to two different locations. We are also more likely to update our EE rather than our FAQ document in real time.
