CSR connect admin/opportunities

The CSR Connect admin does not allow an easy way to filter or search past events. Even if we do it through event end date range. This limits our ability to efficiently use the check‑in feature to go back to the completed event

Yes, we do have filters for both Event Date and Event Created Date, but these don’t fully address our concern.
The filter currently does not provide an option to search by Event End Date. As a result, it is not possible to identify how many events both started and ended within a specific time period using the available filters.
If we try to search for past events by selecting a date range for the previous month, any recurring event that happened last month and is also scheduled for an upcoming month will still appear in the results. This makes it difficult to accurately identify only past events.

For example, if we want to find all events that started and closed between 1st January 2025 and 31st March 2025, we can only use the 'Event Date' filter and enter the given date range. However, this does not return events that were both initiated and closed within that timeframe.
Please refer to the attached screenshot for your reference.

From a user experience perspective as well, applying multiple filters or adjusting ranges repeatedly makes the process more complex than it should be. What we’re really looking for is a straightforward way to directly filter or view events that are strictly past or strictly upcoming, without needing workarounds.
A simple Past/Upcoming toggle or a dedicated status filter would make the experience much more intuitive and efficient.

Hi Leena, thank you for your submission! We do have filters available on the opportunities page. One of the filters is for event date and you can input whatever date range you need there to filter the results. Would that help accomplish what you are looking for or are you needing something else here? Thanks!
