Need to categorizing Board service beyond just "Type" in CSRc. Multiple board service "types" but there is a further categorization needed to identify if this board service is personal vs board service that company leadership has requested the employee participate in.
Using custom questions to track will not meet needs because this requires manually cross referencing the custom question answers with the Board Member report. The answer given won’t be tied to the actual board role and the questions would prompt for all participants regardless if they are a Board Member or not.
Further the field needs to be manageable via impersonation as employee administrative assistants will often need to maintain.
