When you make a donation through this platform, you agree to the Donor Terms of Service and acknowledge that you are making a non-refundable donation, which qualifies as a charitable contribution, to The Blackbaud Giving Fund (BBGF), the sponsoring organization of a donor advised fund, recognized by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3) of tax code as a tax-exempt public charity. BBGF uses your selection to make a corresponding grant to such charitable organization in accordance with its policies. Such grants will be made by BBGF to the selected charitable organization within 45 days after the end of the month in which you initiate your donation on this platform. In certain circumstances explained further here, the recipient charitable organization you selected may not receive such grants. Charitable organizations appearing on this platform have not provided consent or permission for solicitation.
