We are frequently asked on surveys, how our efforts are supporting certain demographics. If the organization had the ability to self-identify and we could utilize that information on our reports, that would be very helpful.

We are using the standard report for Opt Out since we are having problems with it in Tableau, but it is missing an important field that we use to distinguish an employee's department. If it could be added to the standard report that would be amazing.

Ability to choose which geography HR file field to start filtering by instead of only have region > country > state > city. For example, my client wants to be able to choose country or state as starting filter.

The system doesn't allow you to do bulk approves or declines when an activity is not in a pending status. When the CRA Manager is updating the CRA Manager notes in the system you can only update one at a time instead of using bulk approve or decline.
