1. Suggested Organization Report - It would be helpful if a status of the request was added to this report. In addition to the status of the request, we should also have detailed fields like how many outreaches have been attempted, cancelled reasoning, etc. like the report in BBVN.

   1. Note: SOA's do not reflect in the BBVN Vetting Requests report unless action is taken by the CA desk. There's a workflow improvement opportunity for this, so that all vetting requests and SOAs are in one report.

2. Vetting Requests Report - It would be helpful if a column was added to show WHY the vetting application was denied or cancelled for clients to view. The BBVN vetting request report includes much more information that is consistently asked from clients. Can we include all fields in the BBVN report in the vetting requests report.

updated this original idea with more info. CSMs, support, and Karen Love are constantly asked for the status of a vetting request. The BBVN vetting status report offers a lot more detail than what currently exists within CSRc Standard Reports. I believe by adding the BBVN fields to the standard reports, clients would be able to efficently manage their employee inquiries on vetting requests. This would also reduce the number of inquiries or manual report pulling by CSMs and other teams.
