Remove cart when client is only using offline donations

For PwC UK, they are only using offline donations, no CC or payroll. They would like to remove the cart or have some ability to turn it to white so it blends in with the header. I believe some UX is under way which might change the way the cart is used anyway but can this be done in the meantime as a setting such as "turn cart on only if employee is truly giving via the portal." There are a couple other clients in the UK who mostly do offline donations for the purpose of matching funds. Therefore, this could be helpful to others.
