Ability to update some of the terminology in CSRconnect
Nasdaq would like the ability to change some of the terminology in CSRconnect to keep it consistent and less confusing. For instance:
On the homepage, they find "charities reached" confusing when we use the term "organizations" on other pages.
For groups, they find "explore programs" confusing. They'd rather it just say "explore groups."

Hi Shae, thank you for your submission. Part of this request pertaining to charities vs organizations is going to be updated through the design system/redesign. Through that project we are trying to be more consistent across the app for naming conventions such as this. But we will not allow clients to customize that. For the mention on groups and programs, this is correct as is because programs are what you can search across and the umbrella in which groups roll up too. We will consider changes in the UI naming conventions for this area, in the design system project. Because of this will mark this idea as planned as we have this part of future projects.
