Client operates a segmented CSRconnect experience for its U.S. and Canadian employees, with each segment aligned to region-specific charity eligibility. Currently, the P2P Fundraisers module does not support segmentation, meaning all users see the same pool of charities — regardless of their geography.
As a result, client is unable to activate fundraisers for Canadian employees without risking exposure to incorrect charity options and potentially destabilizing the system interface.
We are suggesting a platform enhancement that allows Fundraisers to respect existing segmentation rules and display only the correct charity list per segment (e.g., U.S. employees see U.S. charities; Canadian employees see Canadian charities).
