Provide clients with a custom URL that they can give to a non-profit partner, that allows them to create their own events for company admins to review and approve.

This would mean that when an organization has an emergent need for company volunteers, we can have them create the event on their own via the link and then assist with management. The company would be responsible for managing access to the link and approving any events in their system.
