Walk through guides for new users

Walkthrough guides on where to find certain things and how to navigate the site for new users or users that haven't been active in a while. Even better if a company could add custom language or highlight specific things that are important to helping drive participation. This would go a long way in end user experience and showing them how to navigate the site for the first time.

Would also save CSR teams a ton of time when it comes to providing walk throughs to new employees or new team members on where to find certain things or how to do something
