Ability to copy CRA survey when adding new hours to same entry

Right now the CRA survey is prompted to be completed each time a new date & hours is added to an individual volunteer activity. The only way to copy CRA survey results is to add more than one date & time as the same time. However, it would be helpful to have the option to copy & edit previous CRA survey answers when adding new hours to a previously created entry. Most of the time this information stays the same, and it would be easier for a user not to have to pull up contact information each time they report time if they previously provided it on the same entry.

    With the 2.78 release in January 2023, we introduced the ability to copy and update CRA survey answers.

    You can now use, and update, previously completed answers for CRA surveys on new entries.

    Navigate to Volunteer > Record Hours. Select Add Hours/Edit on an existing opportunity. Fill in the Participation Date and Hours Volunteered, then select Add Entry > Continue. On the survey, select Copy previously recorded CRA Survey Answersand then Save.

    If you want to update your survey answers, select Update Answers before saving.
