Teva is using a custom compliance statement for incentives. Their preference is that the administrator reviews the incentive redeemed first and makes a decision to approve or decline it before the charity is notified that they need to address the compliance statement. This is because they perform additional screening and they don't want the charity to be bothered with messages if they don't plan to redeem it. Could this email notification setting be offered. On top of that, I would assume a different setting might be needed such as "Approved - Pending Compliance" so the incentive doesn't go all the way through to processing before the charity has agreed to the compliance statement. I spoke to MVN and Garth about this and they agreed we should submit to idea bank.
