Redeem now button for Incentives to show when actually HAVE incentives to redeem
Right now, when an employee has signed up for a volunteer event that will happen in the FUTURE, on the Incentive Page it shows that they have an incentive to redeem. When they click on Redeem, they get a pop up that says that the vol hours haven't happened yet, so come back later.

Hey Lisa, thank you for your submission. Did you have an employee example of where this screenshot came from? We would like to look at it a little bit more as we consider options.
