A user should be able to tag their request as CRA or another specific sub-category (i.e. community development). Then, the CRA Manager page in CSRconnect client admin should have filters at top to allow sorting by the category and sub-category. From there, the CRA approver should be able to take bulk actions on specific category/sub-category requests to approve or decline.
