Teva is launching incentives for the US team this month. They have no other giving so this is the first time they are adding in the custom compliance statement for charities to affirm. In the incentives redemption flow, it shows employees that this will need to go through compliance and it gives them a link with instructions on how they can help get the charity engaged. This goes against Teva's practice to have employees do that outreach especially when they may or may not approve the incentive. They don't want charities to hear from an employee thinking they will definitely receive the funds. Is there a way to 1. Make the "how you can help" link optional? and/or 2. Allow custom text so they can add a statement to discourage employees from doing this outreach but rather leave it to the CSR administrators.
