we do remove inactive users on the HR demographic file that gets uploaded every week and we do update the Active field to 0. I moreso am needing terminated associates hours that are pre-recorded because their hours are causing inaccurate data when reporting. I can find their user name when I search for users but I have no option to delete any hours from their profile.
