Incentive Management - Layout Clean Up

The experience for reviewing incentives under Global Manager and Incentive management are distinctly different, which could lead to clients opting out of one in favor of the other.

Currently Incentive Management surfaces Category information under Request Details and the newly added Type/Category requirement and description under an additional click in the event name. Details and Type/category then show in a pop up.

In the Global Manager, the same details show in Request Details. While they are not intended to be exactly the same experience, this isn't an intuitive distinction.

Additionally, in the YourCause UAT community, the 2025 Program Rule only has a type requirement but both type and category show in the pop up. (images attached). The pop up used for review is misrepresenting the requirements.
