When colleague is logging their volunteer activity and the organization that they volunteered with is not able to be looked up in the 'Search Organization' feature and the 'Add Your Own' feature is used to input the name of the organization, also provide fields for the address of the organization to be collected (street address, city, state, zip code). This will ensure that the volunteer activity being input is able to be geocoded based on the address of the benefiting organization.

Having an address associated with the add your own organization would be helpful from a reporting standpoint. Adding the address each time an add your own is used may be tedious to the user. Could a solution be a request form for add your own organizations to be added to the site for admins to accept as "company added organizations"?
