Cause Card designation red asterisk or (required) for the note
Employees who redeem cause cards can see that a note is required if they select certain options and know what they need to do to proceed to the next step.
I like this idea - I also like the idea of allowing admins to have option to require a designation or not for the incentives.
We have a designation requirement for matching gifts to religious orgs if Admins could turn on an the option to make a designation required it would save lots time from our end and as a reminder to the associate to put in their designation. In addition to eliminating changes adn donation cancellations in the system.
For the employee redeeming the cause card. Although the designation is shown as optional, some employees click through too fast and select a designation with a note field. When they are unable to proceed, they don't know what the issue is because the note field does not show as a required field to proceed.
