Teva does not have donation manager but have enabled incentives for a D4D program. The issue is an employee does not know when they are logging hours that an org is not giving eligible. Therefore, they can log hours and then not understand why they aren't receiving an incentive. This is especially difficult given that Teva only allows the employee to give the incentive to the charity they volunteered with. If there could be a flag of some sort when the employee is searching for the benefiting org to let them know it doesn't qualify for the incentive or it's not giving eligible, this would provide the transparency needed.
