We have a number of projects which are volunteer opportunities without a specific date/time that colleagues can sign-up to do.

The page is set up in a way that the colleague can 'Express Interest' but then there is no way for an admin or the coordinator to know who has expressed interest without running a report.

An email similar to the one the Event Coordinator gets that notifies you that someone is interested would be VERY helpful.
