Increase the character limit in the title field in Board Memberships. Or add an additional field to manually enter additional notes/info about the board membership.
We are limited in the number of characters we can enter in this field. There is information we would prefer to include but are not able to give full descriptions due to the limit. This will also help as a work around to organizations only being allowed to be entered once. For example, if an executive is part of the main board and finance committee, we can track their membership on the finance committee as well.

For example, organizations are only able to be listed once. Some executives have roles on subcommittees of the main board, which we need to explain in this field.
