We utilize "Groups" for our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Group members feel that they are not engaged when a post is made - and then it is just stagnant. While it can be commented on, they would like to have the ability to "like" or react to the post to encourage engagement and see who is participating and viewing the information in the portal.
