Ability to 'lock' edits/additions to prior year offline giving and individual activity
Medtronic team has found that retroactive edits to offline giving and individual activity can skew historical data. Once numbers are reported/published, they would like to be able to lock the ability to edit and/or add give and volunteer items for prior years.
