Adding charities to your company's matching list should be available as self-service. This would allow our program to be responsive in a more timely way. Currently our CSM adds them once per week, which means we have quite the turnaround time for urgent and time-sensitive fundraising efforts.

Hey Amy, thank you for your submission. Unfortunately, charity management, which is what is used to control matching charity list along with all charities available in your community, must be maintained on the YourCause admin side. This is due to charity availability is tied to what your company is contracted for within CSRconnect. Because of this, in the current state, there isn't a control that can keep clients from adding charities that they are not contracted for to their communities.
