Ability to edit and answer a survey more than once
If you're wanting to track actions taken during a month where a user can select multiple items, it is likely the user will need to either edit or answer the survey again.
FedEx needs the ability for the same user to complete a CSRconnect survey more than once when each response relates to a different volunteer experience, event occurrence, campaign window, or defined reporting period.
The current one-time completion model creates challenges for enterprise volunteer programs where employees may participate in multiple events during the same year, multiple events within a campaign, or repeated/recurring events across quarters. In those cases, the additional survey response is not a duplicate. It is feedback for a separate volunteer experience.
Ideally, admins could configure repeat-submission rules such as: - once per event - once per event occurrence - once per campaign period - once per month/quarter/year - once ever, for surveys where that restriction is still appropriate
This would reduce the need to duplicate surveys for every event and would make reusable post-event feedback workflows much more scalable for large volunteer programs.
Adding FedEx context in support of this idea.
