Currently, the resubmit status does not allow employees to resubmit their request if the initial deadline has passed. However, some clients would like the deadline to apply to only when the request was initially submitted, and not when the resubmission occurs. Creating a new parameter would allow employees to resubmit their requests as long as their donation was originally submitted within the deadline.
