If there are volunteer campaigns, there is not a way to bulk upload participants for specific events with their custom question responses. The company must gather sign-ups that include responses to the custom question sets, upload in each event the list of participants, and then have to go in and answer the custom questions under each participant since it cannot be uploaded.
