Adjust Donations displayed on P2P fundraising page to update when a donation is removed

Right now, if a donor removes their donation from a P2P fundraiser page the system does not remove that donation from appearing on the Donation List. This idea suggests we enhance this process to update the Donation List when a donation is removed.
