Currently this is a tiny check box underneath the upload settings for FAQs. While it would be unusual for Suggest an Org to be disabled, it should be easier to locate.

Putting it in a separate box would make it more distinct. If there's concern of it being deactivated on accident, a modal stating, "Disabling this function will prevent the ability to request additions of new organizations." would make a fair warning.
